Lauren Helbling

Lauren received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Master's in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. Specializing in working with children aged 0-18 with diverse diagnoses and backgrounds, Lauren embraces a strengths-based, child-led approach, making therapy both fun and effective. She is dedicated to fostering children's confidence and internal motivation for approaching daily activities. She is passionate about collaborating closely with families to devise practical strategies within the child’s natural environment. Lauren is also an SOS trained feeding therapist and enjoys expanding children’s feeding skills through play. In her free time, Lauren enjoys camping, cooking, rock climbing, and spending time with friends!
