PATIENT INFORMATION

Our goal at Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado, Inc. is to make therapy affordable while still providing exceptional service.

The private payment rate for a standard 1 hour therapy session is $130.00 (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Behavioral Therapy w/BCBA). Therapy sessions less than 1 hour will be billed at $32.50 per 15 minutes.

The fee for initial evaluations is different for each therapy discipline and will be provided upon request.

Private Payment Clients: Payment is required at the end of each session. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash, as well as HSA and FSA’s. Commercial Insurance Clients: Our billing department will bill your insurance company directly.

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. A fee of $35 will be charged for appointments that are missed or canceled without 24 hours notice.

Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado, Inc. is considered a preferred provider for the following insurance companies and state agencies.

Accepted Out-of-Network Commercial Insurance:

• United Healthcare

• North Metro Community Services (Adams County)

• Imagine! (Boulder County)

• Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (Jefferson County)

• Rocky Mountain Human Services (Denver County)

If your insurance provider is not listed above don’t loose hope! We see many clients with other insurance plans and the cost of services can still covered by their insurer. At Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado, Inc. we have a billing department that will check benefits on your behalf and help explain coverage benefits/limits prior to beginning services.
